JOB NAME: Central Utilities Plant - University of Cincinnati JOB TYPE: 26 mw Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant 20,000 Tons of Cooling for Campus & Hospital Complex Marley Cooling Technologies supplied 12 cell Series F-400 fiberglass counter flow cooling towers – 4 cells for power, 8 cells for comfort cooling. The tower was erected atop the Central Utilities Office Building to accommodate a very tight power plant site. Although the bidding process was competitive, Marley was selected based on their strong track record at the University coupled with their ability to meet the project criteria and time schedule. One unique feature on this installation is the stainless steel architectural louvers which were designed to soften the tower outline, as you can see in the larger photos here. Much of the
